Everything was fine, its neat and high quality hotel. The stuff was attentive, respectful all the time. The breakfast had a wide range of selection, the food was savoury. Ideal location, a boat dock was minutes walking distance from the venue. Also was minutes walking distance from restaurants and bars.

This hotel was set in a central area near to quite a good shopping centre, the sea front at Exmouth and the town centre about 10 minutes. The staff were friendly efficient, very nice helpful and helped me with public parking.
Pity, but the views appeared to be not very good and the beds were not very comfortable.

Overall it was a real good stay at £ 40 per night. The staff were attentive, the breakfast I had was savoury. Everything was perfectly fine as expected, nonetheless the bathroom was very small. The hotel was in a central setting in front of the seaside which was fantastic. Plus, it was so close to eating options as well as a long promenade.
